God is Always with Us
By: Tiannie

The story of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego from the Bible book of Daniel 3, particularly verse Daniel 3:28, has left a lasting impact on me.
“Then Nebuchadnezzar said, “Praise be to the God of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, who has sent his angel and rescued his servants! They trusted in him and defied the king’s command, willing to give up their lives rather than serve or worship any god except their own God.”
This narrative and verse serve as a reminder that God is always with us, even during the most challenging times. Irrespective of the storms or hurdles we face, God’s loving hand is there to protect us. Thus, we should not be afraid and must put our trust in Him, for He will always look out for us and forever stay by our side.
Recently, I contemplated applying for a program. Uncertainty surrounded my decision, as many claimed only a selected few could join. Moreover, joining would entail heavier responsibilities and a significant time commitment. However, after thoughtful consideration, I chose to trust God and put my faith in Him, deciding to apply. God always knows what's best, whether it benefits me or if I am ready for it. Fortunately, I gained admission to the program, leaving me extremely grateful and happy. This experience has inspired me to always stay loyal with him and have faith in Him.
Let us continue to pray, putting our trust and faith in Him with all our hearts. May He continue to stay by our side and protect us, not only now, not just during the camp, but every day, every second.
